Copper-toned light spills across terraced garden plots near Zhangjiajie, illuminating cork oak trunks stripped of their bark. Frost coats every leaf, branch, and stone step in a delicate, crystalline layer that glimmers in the fading day. An impossible blue whale swims through the air above the canopy, its massive form casting a distinct, dark shadow across the frosted terraces below. The contrast between the rigid, earth-bound trees and the fluid, airborne creature creates a moment of electric tension. Frost rests on the rough, textured bark of the oaks, while the whale's shadow stretches long and sharp over the geometric garden beds. The scene ends with a single frost-covered leaf trembling on the edge of a stone wall, catching the last copper reflection.
