A curved ceramic dragon roof tile rests on a wooden scaffold plank, its glazed surface reflecting the flat gray of an overcast sky. Mud coats the lower legs of the support poles and splatters across the reddish-brown clay texture of the tile. Raindrops bead on the glossy dragon scales, which twist in a deep green hue against the pale wood. The low angle emphasizes the weight of the ornament and the precarious height above the churned earth. Water drips steadily from the tile's edge onto the muddy ground below, creating small, expanding ripples in the puddle. The scene shows the urgent pause of a restoration project in early summer Uruguay.
