Bus Shelter Reflection on Wet Pavement Night

Dark asphalt glistens under the heavy, overcast sky of late summer in Mit Ghamr. A bus shelter stands along a shuttered arcade, its metal frame catching faint ground glow from distant streetlights. The wet pavement acts as a mirror, doubling the colors of an advertisement inside the shelter. Vivid blues and reds from the poster smear across the slick surface, blending with the gray of the rain-soaked ground. Shadows stretch long and soft beneath the shelter's roof. The reflection shows the curved edges of the ad and the dark silhouette of the shelter structure. A puddle near the curb holds a sharp, inverted image of the illuminated sign, while the surrounding pavement fades into deep shadow.
