Ancient Olive Tree in Moonlit Guiyang Meadow

Pale moonlight washes over a gnarled olive tree standing solitary in a lush meadow near Guiyang. The tree's twisted trunk displays rough, grey bark deeply fissured by time, against the soft, wet grass surrounding its base. Low-hanging clouds obscure the sky, diffusing the silver light into a cool, even glow that highlights the delicate shapes of bloom-heavy wildflowers pressing against the earth. The monsoon season leaves the ground glistening with moisture, while the heavy air seems to press down on the vibrant green foliage. In the foreground, a cluster of white blossoms rests on a muddy patch, their petals catching the faint illumination. The final shadow stretches long and thin across the damp soil, anchoring the tree to the earth.
