Cool blue twilight fills the minimalist showroom near Auckland, casting a uniform, shadowless glow over the empty space. A structured couture bodice hangs centered on a thick, white padded hanger, its exposed boning ribs standing out in stark relief against the darkening fabric. Fine dust particles drift visibly through narrow shafts of fading daylight that slice horizontally across the room.
