Padded Bodice on Marked Table in Brisbane Corridor

Broad skylight floods the backstage corridor, bouncing off pale walls to illuminate a fitted bodice stuffed with crumpled white tissue paper. The garment rests on a gray fitting table marked with black measurement lines, the fabric draping stiffly over the padding to catch sharp highlights along its seams. To the side, a metal hanger hangs from a rail, its surface gleaming under the diffuse light. Late autumn shadows stretch across the floorboards, defining the quiet, functional space. The edge of the table reveals a small scratch in the laminate, a tiny imperfection against the otherwise sterile environment. Final highlights gleam on the metal rail against the white tissue.
