Lacquered Coats Under Blue Hour Atelier Lights

Cool blue twilight falls through the high windows of a Bukhara couture atelier, casting a deep indigo hue across the room. Rows of lacquered outerwear hang in perfect symmetry on metal racks, their glossy surfaces reflecting the warm, buzzing glow of overhead bulbs. Wisps of steam rise gently from a nearby garment rack, swirling against the darkening air. The floor mirrors the hanging garments, doubling the visual weight of the polished coats. Corners of the room settle into shadow as the city lights outside begin to punctuate the darkness with soft orange points. One reflection on the wet floor shows the exact curve of a coat lapel.
