A white ceramic pitcher with a chipped rim sits on a rough stone windowsill, catching the flat winter light of a Barcelona afternoon. The pitcher's glazed surface reflects the pale gray sky and the faint outline of a neighboring terracotta roof tile. Beside it, a small cluster of dried rosemary sprigs rests against the cold stone, their needles sharp and dark against the white glaze. One drop of condensation rests on the pitcher's spout, catching the diffuse light.
