Twilight Reflection Distorted Self Portrait Doorknob

Indigo twilight washes the weathered brass doorknob mounted on a crumbling brick wall in Jinan's old quarter. Thick mist softens the background, blurring the dark shapes of nearby buildings and the wet cobblestones below. The polished metal surface shows a warped, miniature reflection of a person standing close, their features stretched and compressed by the convex curve. Water droplets rest on the cool metal, catching the faint ambient glow from a nearby canal. The reflection shows a face marked by time, framed by the dark, damp texture of the surrounding masonry. One rivet on the backplate gleams with a sharp, cold highlight against the fading blue light.
