Sunlight slants through a wrought-iron balcony gate onto a terracotta-tiled terrace, casting long, geometric shadows of palm fronds across the warm earth tones. An elderly woman in a faded floral apron stands near a weathered stone wall, using a wooden hand broom to sweep dust toward a drain, her movement blurred by the afternoon breeze. Beside her, a small table holds a white ceramic egg cup and a stainless steel grater, remnants of a morning coffee ritual now abandoned to the heat.
