The bright late morning sun illuminates the verdigris patches on the metal surface, casting sharp shadows across the carved stone. One green fern frond extends into the frame from a nearby planter, its delicate leaves against the heavy, aged metal. Dust motes dance in the shaft of light that falls directly onto the bell's clapper, highlighting the intricate details of the casting.
