The intricate layers of the garment stand rigid against the dim blue hour backdrop of the atelier near Pune. Sharp highlights dance across the stiffened net and the smooth wooden workbench. Shadows cast by the fabric structure point directly toward the candle flame, defying the physics of light. The horsehair loops create a textured grid that catches the glow, while the netting dissolves into the dark background.
