Bright red warning lamps glow at the tower's apex, cutting through the dim morning haze. Symmetrical lines of steel beams and platforms create a rigid, monumental geometry that anchors the composition. Water beads on the grating of the walkways, showing the utilitarian nature of the site. The vertical ascent of the tower runs upward to the stark red lights against the moody, overcast horizon.
