Star Trails Over Desert Saddle Near Dubai

Pale arcs of starlight curve across a deep indigo sky, marking the slow rotation of the night above a quiet alpine saddle. Below, the dark, undulating forms of the desert stretch toward a horizon where a thin layer of haze glows faintly in the distance. The foreground remains steeped in shadow, broken only by the warm, flickering orange glow of a small campfire. This firelight catches the rough texture of dry stones and casts dancing shadows against the low saddle walls. The contrast between the cool, distant starlight and the intimate, localized warmth of the flames defines the space. One ember glows red-hot on a charred stick held near the edge of the frame.
