Wet ground reflects the pale grey sky above a concrete building shell in Sri Lanka. A bundle of temporary wooden stair treads lies flat on the damp earth, their surfaces darkened by recent rain. Beside the wood, a clipboard rests with legible construction sequencing papers and crew support documents. The misty diffused dawn light softens the edges of the framing structure behind the bundle. Water droplets rest on the rough grain of the planks. A red safety vest hangs from a nearby rebar hook, its bright color standing out against the muted tones of the damp construction site. The papers show clear text despite the wet conditions.
