Dappled morning light falls through sheer curtains, casting soft, shifting patterns across the pale, sandy fur of an addax antelope mounted on a painted wooden ledge. The animal's long, spiraling horns curve backward with a smooth, matte texture, contrasting against the warm, muted tones of the indoor display. Fine dust particles float in the shafts of light, settling on the animal's coat and the painted surface beneath it. The late summer sun creates gentle highlights along the ridges of the horns and the curve of the neck. Soft reflections shimmer on the glossy paint of the ledge near the animal's hooves, at the base of the desert creature in this quiet, curated Cologne interior.
