Dim window light falls through early winter dusk, casting a soft glow on a wooden shelf stocked with folded selvedge denim in deep indigo and navy. Beside the fabric, polished cedar shoe trees stand in neat rows, their warm grain against the cool textile. Interior lamps add a warm amber hue that reflects gently off the glass display case and the smooth wood surfaces. The denim edges reveal the distinct selvedge line, while the cedar pieces show natural knots and varnish. City lights begin to glow faintly in the background through the window, creating a subtle bokeh of distant orange and white points. One shadow falls across the bottom shelf edge.
