Rusted Bolts Under Comoros Bridge Span at Twilight

Steel-blue ambient light falls through steady rain, illuminating the underside of a concrete spillway bridge in Comoros. Heavy iron bolts, corroded to deep orange and flaky rust, protrude from the gray structural beams. Water sheets off the wet concrete surfaces, creating glossy reflections that merge with the dark shadows of the span. The low angle emphasizes the monumentality of the infrastructure, with the curved arch of the bridge rising above. Raindrops rest on the rough texture of the metal, highlighting the contrast between the smooth, wet stone and the decaying, pitted iron. One bolt stands out against the cool, gray backdrop, its reddish-brown surface glistening with moisture.
