Rabbit Dozing in Midday Sunbeam on Wooden Floor

Bright midday light cuts through cleared monsoon clouds to strike a weathered wooden floor in a Pernambuco mountain setting. A small rabbit rests in the center of a sharp, rectangular sunbeam, its fur glowing golden where the light hits and softening to brown in the surrounding shadows. The wood planks show deep grain and cracks filled with dust, typical of an outdoor structure exposed to humid air. Behind the animal, the floor extends into a darker area where wet patches from the recent storm glisten faintly. The rabbit's ears lie flat against its head, motionless against the rough texture of the timber. one drop of water rests on the edge of a plank near the sunbeam's border, catching the harsh light.
