Potted Herb in Singapore

One potted herb sits on a narrow concrete ledge of a Singaporean HDB balcony, catching the first warm rays of the sunrise. The small green leaves are dusted with morning dew, glistening against the rough, weathered texture of the grey cement rail. Behind the pot, a glimpse of the dense urban skyline fades into the soft, hazy light of early morning. A few scattered water droplets rest on the edge of the terracotta rim, reflecting the brightening sky above.
