Orange low-angle sunlight cuts through steady raindrops falling on a grassy hillside near Cebu. A polo player leans sharply from a brown saddle, mallet raised mid-swing against the wet turf. Water beads on the rider's white shirt and the horse's dark coat, glistening under the warm light. Rain streaks blur the background foliage while droplets hang suspended in the air near the horse's hooves. The player's muscles tense under the fabric as the mallet head blurs with motion. Mud splashes up from the saturated ground where the horse's legs dig in. One raindrop rests on the edge of the rider's helmet visor.
