Plums at Dusk Light

A ceramic bowl filled with dark, rain-slicked plums sits on a wooden table inside a small Fukuoka ramen shop. The dim interior light reflects off the wet skin of the fruit, against the dark, water-stained wood grain of the surface beneath. Behind the bowl, a blurred metal bucket rests against the wall, catching the faint glow of the dusk light filtering through the window. One drop of condensation rests on the rim of the bowl, highlighting the texture of the clay.
