Nun in Wet Season Garden Harbor Glow

Raindrops streak the air above a cloister garden where a nun stands near the harbor edge in Medan. Overhead, strings of warm lights cut through the gray twilight, reflecting on wet cobblestones and darkening the green foliage. The nun wears a traditional habit, her head bowed slightly as steady rain falls around her. Wooden benches along the path glisten with moisture, while the distant water of the harbor merges with the dark sky. Vertical posts of the garden trellis create strong leading lines that guide the view toward the figure. Puddles form in the low spots of the stone walkway, mirroring the soft yellow glow of the bulbs against the deep blue of the evening.
