Neon Reflections on Wet Sidewalk Benin Sunset

Red and blue neon glows stretch across a slick concrete sidewalk, softened by falling rain. Stacked thunderheads pile high on the horizon, their gray bases pressing low over the Benin town as sunset light fades to copper on the cloud tops. Diagonal wet lines fracture the artificial colors into watery ribbons that rest on the pavement. Small puddles form beside the glowing streaks, their surfaces rippling where droplets strike. Cool shadows fill the street while the upper clouds catch the last warmth of the day. A faint reflection of a streetlamp edge breaks the smooth water surface at the bottom right corner.
