Pale daylight falls through the corrugated siding of a stockyard loading ramp in Arunachal Pradesh, mixing with the cool glow of an overhead utility lamp. A manure lagoon sample cooler stands in silhouette against the fading sky, its form defined by woven straps securing plastic buckets and galvanized fittings. Paper cards attached to the frame catch the dim light, while scattered straw covers the ground around the base. The subject faces away, creating a dark shape against the clear winter evening. Shadows stretch across the metal surfaces, highlighting the texture of rust and the rough weave of the straps holding the equipment together.
