Ivy Climbs Brick Wall Near Ferns in Late Autumn
Hard coastal glare illuminates thick ivy vines winding up a weathered brick wall that rises from a fern-lined forest floor. The bricks show patches of moss and erosion, their red tones muted by the early autumn sun. Ferns spread across the ground, their fronds turning yellow and brown at the edges. Low ground fog pools in the depressions between the plants, obscuring the base of the wall and creating a soft white layer beneath the greenery.
