Iron Steam Over Pleats in Izmir Tailoring Shop

Warm golden light from a sunset window spills across a wooden tailoring table, illuminating a vintage iron releasing a plume of steam over crisp pleated fabric. Chalk marks and scattered shears rest nearby on the work surface. The early winter season shows through the heavy drape of the material and the soft, quiet shadows stretching along the stone walls. Dust catches the light near the steam, while the metal of the iron reflects the orange glow. The fabric folds create deep, sharp creases that hold the heat. A drop of water condenses on the iron's nozzle and rests on the cloth.
