Hairline cracks radiate from the central fracture, revealing translucent depths against the dark organic texture. The arctic summer sun falls through an unseen window, casting warm interior shadows that pool in the bark's crevices. High-precision focus isolates the jagged ice tip while the surrounding lichen blurs into soft greens and grays. The light catches the microscopic facets, creating a spectrum of cool blues and whites. A fine dusting of frost rests on the shadowed underside of the crystal, at the base of the delicate structure in the textured wood.
