Golden afternoon light strikes a dark bay horse sprinting left across a wind-sculpted ridge near Dusseldorf. The animal's muscles ripple under a thick autumn coat while foam from a dry, rocky creek bed splashes beneath hooves. Tall golden grasses bend sharply to the right, marking the wind's direction against a cloudless blue sky. A weathered stone arch frames the movement, creating a natural border around the galloping figure. The ground is a mix of dry earth and scattered brown leaves, against the white spray kicked up by the hooves. Sharp shadows define the horse's flank as it leaps over a small stone outcrop.
