Hop Tower in Twilight Storm Clouds San Felipe

Cool blue twilight washes the hop yard tower, a tall metal lattice structure standing rigid against a sky heavy with storm-black clouds. Dark, churned soil marks a tractor track running parallel to the tower base, wet and glistening from the rainy season. City lights flicker on in the distant background, their warm glow barely piercing the encroaching coolness. Wind whips through the hop bines, bending the vines low against the earth. The metal framework of the tower reflects the dim ambient light, while the dark soil absorbs the fading day. One wet clod of earth rests near the base of the tower leg, mirroring the heavy clouds above.
