Overcast skies outside soften the shadows, creating gentle contrast across the weathered wood surfaces. Early winter air hangs still, visible only in the lack of rustling leaves on distant trees. The river reflects the grey sky, mirroring the heavy clouds above. A stack of woven reed mats rests on the stone floor near the granary entrance, their frayed edges catching the diffuse light. The timber joints show deep grooves from years of exposure, while the clay walls retain a dusty, matte texture.
