Vivid green light erupts from the zenith in a tight, symmetrical corona, its rays fanning downward like stiff palm fronds against the black sky. Below, a frost-covered ridgeline in Norway slopes gently, the ground blanketed in hard, crystalline snow that reflects the faint starlight. Early spring thaw has left patches of dark earth visible where the ice has receded, against the white crust. Cold moonlight bathes the ridge in a pale, silver glow, highlighting the sharp texture of the frozen grass. The air appears dry and clear, allowing the stars to shine with unblinking intensity around the luminous green structure. One shadow stretches across the snow near the ridge crest, defined by the angle of the moon.
