Greek Windmill on Georgia Fortress Wall

Bright tropical sunlight strikes a whitewashed Greek windmill perched atop a wind-scoured stone fortress wall in Georgia. Low-hanging clouds drift just above the structure, casting soft shadows on the textured masonry. The early autumn air is invisible, but the dry, golden grass at the base suggests the season. The windmill's sails stand still against the sky. In an impossible twist, a long corridor extends from the windmill's base. Identical wooden doors line both sides of this passage, yet no rooms exist behind them. The doors open only into the bright, empty air of the sky. A final shadow falls sharply across the bottom edge of the nearest door, at the base of the impossible geometry in the solid stone floor.
