Wet, dark soil lines stretch in straight rows beneath a canopy of apple trees heavy with fruit. Fresh irrigation water glistens on the ground between the trunks, reflecting the low, fiery glow of the setting sun. The branches bow under the weight of early spring apples, their green skins catching the warm light after a passing storm. Above, the sky clears to a soft gradient of orange and blue, casting long, sharp shadows across the damp earth. The orchard floor shows distinct tire tracks in the mud, leading toward the distant tree line where the light fades. Each wet leaf and drooping branch creates a dense, textured pattern against the dark, saturated ground.
