The nave stretches below with quiet shadows clinging to the stone walls, showing devotional stillness. Wooden beams and plaster surfaces show subtle textures under the soft illumination. Leading lines from the architectural arches draw the eye upward toward the painted dome where the golden figures appear to float. The wet season outside suggests a humid interior, evidenced by the muted sheen on the painted surfaces. A narrow beam of light catches the edge of a gold leaf, highlighting the rough texture of the plaster beneath.
