Steel-blue ambient light fills the steep hillside near Minatitlán as monsoon rain settles the air. A goat stands along a narrow game trail, its coarse fur dark against the wet earth. Dense green foliage frames the animal on both sides, creating a natural border. Droplets rest on fern tips and grass blades, glistening faintly in the fading sky. The soil appears slick and dark, absorbing the dim light. A fallen branch lies across the path, its rough bark texture visible beside the smooth, rain-slicked ground. The goat's head turns slightly toward the dense vegetation at the edge of the frame.
