Glass Trash Pile at Jalgaon Tram Stop

Black refuse bags cluster at the edge of a tram stop in Jalgaon, their forms distorted by a surreal transparency. While the pile remains solid and heavy, the plastic skins allow light to pass through, revealing the dark shapes of bags behind them in a ghostly, glass-like tint. Storefront spill washes the wet pavement in warm orange, against the cooling blue of the sky above. Dramatic, heavy clouds loom overhead, casting deep shadows across the street. Rain slicks the ground, reflecting the glowing windows and the impossible, see-through texture of the garbage. One, clear plastic handle hangs from the top bag, its transparency mirroring the distorted air around it.
