Fire Alarm Map Board on Vermont Scaffold

Cold silver dawn light spills across a weathered fire-alarm device map board mounted on a metal scaffold. The board displays a grid of small equipment switches and readable labels, ready for the upcoming MEP turnover walk. Below, ground fog pools thick and white in the low spaces between the scaffold legs, obscuring the base of the structure. Early winter air leaves the metal rails dull and gray, against the crisp, legible text on the white panel. The composition anchors the board in the lower right third, while the foggy void dominates the left. A thin layer of frost dusts the top edge of the frame, marking the chill of the season.
