Pale morning light falls through sheer curtains, falling across a cedar workshop inside a Tyre market hall. An elderly craftsman sits at a cluttered workbench, his weathered hands shaping a violin scroll. Tools hang on pegs behind him, their metal edges catching the dim glow. Dust particles float in the slanted sunbeams, highlighting the rough texture of unfinished wood and the smooth grain of finished instruments. Quiet shadows stretch along the stone walls, deepening in corners where the light cannot reach. The man's posture is focused, his head bowed slightly as he works. A small window high above frames the brightening sky against the warm interior tones of wood and plaster. At the edge of the bench, a tiny shaving of cedar curls off the tool's blade, resting on the dark surface.
