Dawn Repair Tin on Nampo Parade Ground

Flat gray light from early autumn dawn flattens the rough texture of cinderblock walls along the edge of a wet parade ground. A metal repair buckle tin rests on the damp concrete, its surface dull under the misty diffused glow. Moisture covers the steel, creating a matte sheen that mirrors the pale sky above. Converging lines of the ground stretch across the frame, drawing toward the fog-shrouded perimeter. Weather presses against the concrete and canvas nearby, leaving a heavy sheen of moisture on every surface. One rust spot marks the lower corner of the tin, sitting against the smooth, damp stone beneath it.
