Dawn Festival Staging Tea Bowls Porto Alegre

Mist rests on the damp cobblestones of a public square in Porto Alegre as early spring dawn breaks. Three ceramic tea bowls rest on a coarse linen cloth, their surfaces still beading with condensation from the humid air. A bamboo whisk lies across the fabric, its bristles slightly splayed. Deliberate spacing separates each item, creating a rhythm against the grey morning light. The background blurs into soft shapes of festival banners and distant figures preparing for the day. A thin layer of moisture reflects the pale sky on the bowl rims, anchoring the stillness before the crowd arrives. The fabric edge frays slightly where it meets the wet stone.
