Flat noon glare strikes a decaying brick facade beneath an underpass in Lobito, where wet season clouds press low overhead. Jagged red rebar protrudes from fractured masonry, rusted streaks running down the crumbling surface. Water stains mark the lower bricks, evidence of recent rain falling across the textured debris. A foreground mesh fence blurs the view, showing separation between the observer and the ruin. The exposed steel angles catch the harsh glare, creating sharp metallic highlights against the dull, weathered clay. One bolted plate remains loose on the ground, tilted at an odd angle beside the wall.
