Copper Wind Chimes Sunset Light Shenzhen Hotel
Honey-colored window light floods the interior of a hotel room in Shenzhen, illuminating a set of copper tubes hanging as a wind chime. The metallic surfaces catch the warm glow, creating soft, shifting reflections on the polished wooden dresser below. Rain streaks the glass pane behind the chime, blurring the city lights outside into vertical smears of gray and gold. The tubes hang centered in the frame, their smooth curves against the rough texture of the wet glass. A faint ripple moves through the air, suggested by the slight blur of the lowest tube. The light fades slowly across the copper, highlighting the oxidation marks and the subtle dent on the side of the largest bell. Dust motes float in the beam, settling gently on the dark wood grain.
