Copper-toned light spills across a dense carpet of club moss, transforming the forest floor into a textured sea of emerald and bronze. Tiny, needle-like leaves cluster tightly together, creating a soft, undulating surface that stretches toward the frame's edge. The cool season air hangs heavy beneath an overcast sky, diffusing the firelight warmth into a gentle, amber glow. Individual stems rise just enough to catch the fading light, highlighting their waxy sheen against the darker, shadowed soil. One, slender blade of grass emerges from the green mass, its tip catching the last of the copper hue before the shadows deepen.
