Cheese Wheels on Shelves in Turbine Hall

Rows of cylindrical cheese wheels stack on metal shelving units stretching deep into a vast turbine hall. Stark fluorescent tubes provide a cold, even glow across the curved rinds, highlighting their textured surfaces and the faint moisture on the metal racks. High ceilings and exposed structural beams frame the orderly stacks. Outside the large windows, a light drizzle blurs the night sky, against the dry, controlled interior. The symmetrical arrangement of shelves creates a rhythmic pattern leading toward the vanishing point where the last wheel rests in shadow. Condensation rests on the edge of a metal bracket near the foreground.
