Blue dusk light washes over damp concrete surfaces as the city of Sousse begins to glow in the background. Rows of large cheese wheels rest on rough wooden shelves mounted to a steel scaffold platform. Warm furnace light spills from the industrial interior, cutting through the cool evening air and illuminating a thin layer of vapor hovering near the floor. The wet stone reflects the orange glow while the wooden slats show signs of heavy use and age. A Dutch angle tilt frames the scene, showing the verticality of the aging racks against the fading sky. one drop of condensation slides down the curved rind of a wheel in the foreground.
