Brass Deadbolt in Beirut

A brass deadbolt is mounted on a weathered wooden door in a narrow Beirut alleyway during the cool early morning light. The metal surface reflects the soft, diffused gray light of the dawn, highlighting subtle scratches and patina accumulated over years of use. Beside the lock, a faded blue painted frame contrasts with the rough texture of the surrounding stucco wall. One drop of condensation rests on the edge of the door frame, catching the faint morning glow.
