Bedford Truck on Switchback Highway at Dawn

Golden morning light spills across a red-dirt road winding along a steep switchback in the American West. A vintage Bedford truck rests on the gravel shoulder, its faded paint catching the low sun that pierces the horizon haze. Late autumn leaves, brown and brittle, scatter across the ground, against the rust-colored soil. Wind ripples the dry grasses along the roadside, bending them toward the vehicle. The sky holds a soft gradient of orange and pale blue above the distant ridges. Shadows stretch long and sharp across the dust, ending at the truck's rear bumper where a small pile of fallen leaves accumulates.
