A rough geode slice reveals deep violet amethyst crystals clustered inside a hollow cavity. The jagged purple points catch low grazing light that highlights their translucent edges against the dark interior. Behind the stone, a wall displays peeling turquoise paint, exposing layers of grey plaster and weathered texture. The background remains sharp, showing the rough surface of the painted wall, while the foreground softens into a gentle blur. Lamplight settles into the corners of the room, casting long shadows that emphasize the depth of the crystal clusters. The contrast between the organic mineral growth and the man-made decay creates a quiet visual rhythm. One sharp crystal tip reflects the dim overhead glow.
