Bright late-afternoon sunlight floods a stadium nestled among salt ponds and causeways near Hue. The dry season leaves the surrounding land parched and cracked, with heat shimmer distorting the air above the white salt crusts. The stadium's floodlights cast a sharp, electric glow that contrasts with the warm golden tones of the landscape. From this high vantage point, the pitch appears as a dark rectangle surrounded by concentric rings of seating. Narrow causeways slice through the expansive salt flats, connecting the dry earth to the water-filled ponds. Shadows stretch long across the terrain, showing the topographic depth. at the edge shows the crisp, geometric edge of the stadium wall cutting through the organic, shimmering salt marsh.
